Professionalism means being sincere, honest, communicative, and collaborative. How should professionalism dress, especially in government settings? Why should looking professional in the United States today mean wearing dark colored clothing inspired by historically western male dress? Why is business casual dress seen as neutral? Dressing neutrally when representing a large group of people does not make you neutral.
